All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Lesson or session cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at booking (typically 24 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated). Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Membership benefits, inclusions, and pricing are outlined at the time of purchase. Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. We may suspend or terminate memberships for breach of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.
Gift vouchers are valid for the period specified at purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced. Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with the terms displayed at checkout.
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or systems, interfere with the operation or security of the Website, or engage in behaviour that is abusive, disruptive, or unsafe while using our facilities or services.
Golf instruction and related activities involve physical activity and inherent risks. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and confirm that you are physically fit to participate. We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by law.
